Blue Card - Eligibilty

2026-27 Activities Participation Requirements

Any student who plans to participate in activities during the 2026-27 school year must complete the following requirements prior to the first day of practice (for sports).

All students need a BLUE CARD ATHLETIC CLEARANCE from the activities office in order to participate in athletics.  This needs to be completed before the first day of practice for a sport (Fall - August 10th, Winter - November 16th, Spring - March 1st ).   Coaches will have a list of students that have completed their blue card clearance in order to be eligible to play sports.

A new blue card athletic clearance is completed at the start of each season.  Please stop by the activities office to confirm you are cleared to particpate

To complete your blue card athletic clearance, the following items must be completed and on file with the Activities Office.

PHYSICAL

1. A physical completed after May 1, 2026 must be on file in the Activities Office.  Blank copy if needed

PARENT VERIFICATION - (This will open around July 15th - if it's not open, keep trying the next day)

2. A parent must complete Student Verification using the Parent Portal to sign handbook and NSAA consent forms. Parent Portal Link

STUDENT VERIFICATION - (This will open around July 15th - if it's not open, keep trying the next day)

3. Students must also complete Student Verification to sign handbook forms and NSAA consent forms. Parent Portal Link Students username is their student id number and their password is the same as their computer password.

ACTIVITY FEE - (This will open around July 15th - if it's not open, keep trying the next day)

4. Purchase an activity ticket ($70) using the school store, School Store Link, or by bringing in cash or check to the Activities Office.
