These scholarships are for Papillion La Vista South Class of 2027 students ONLY.
PLCS Principals & Supervisors Org. Scholarship - Deadline: Nov. 20
To apply for this scholarship you must attend Papillion La Vista High School or Papillion La Vista South High School and plan to major in education in college.
Papillion Order of the Eastern Star #39 Scholarship - Deadline Dec. 1
Papillion Chapter-Order of the Eastern Star: For this scholarship you must have good citizenship & high moral character. You must plan on attending a 2 or 4 year
college/university or trade school the fall of 2027.
Midlands Place Scholarship - Deadline Dec. 3, 2026
Through the generosity of Midlands Place (Diversified Properties, Incontro Closets & Cabinetry, Mathnasium, Midlands Place Shopping Center, Sports Clips, Spin! Pizza, Berry Law, Vision Specialist and Russ Daub) and the Papillion La Vista Community Schools Foundation you have an opportunity to apply for these 9 scholarships! You can apply for as many as you qualify for, but only ONE will be awarded per student. More information is available on the application.
Midlands Place Scholarship Application
PLSHS Scholarships - Deadline December 4, 2026
These scholarship opportunities are being offered by Papillion La Vista Community Schools (PLCS) along with clubs within our school. Awards range from $250 - $1000. Available scholarships: Papillion La Vista Education Association (PLEA), Student Council, T-Club, Band Booster, and Friends of the Show Choir. The amount of the award will be announced when the scholarship is awarded.

PTO/PTN Scholarships - Deadline December 4, 2026
These scholarship applications are offered by the Papillion La Vista Community Schools (PLCS) and PLCS Elementary Schools PTO's and PTN Middle School Organizations. You can apply for as many scholarships as you qualify for. Awards range from $250-$1000. Schools are PLSHS feeder schools (schools that directly feed into Papio South)

DO NOT submit the application until you have a letter of recommendation available for Mrs. Hadaway to use for your application packet. It is your responsibility to take care of this.

American Legion Auxiliary Scholarship - December 4, 2026
One $500 scholarships will be awarded to one Sr. student from Papillion-La Vista High School AND one Sr. student from Papillion-La Vista South High School.
Award is based on criteria and required information/essays.

You must be a Senior associated with Papillion-La Vista High School or Papillion-La Vista South High School.

You must have a 2.0 GPA or higher.

You must graduate at the end of the current school year and attend a 2-4 year college/university or trade school in Nebraska the fall directly following your high school graduation.
